Position: Store Manager – (32-38 hours) at Laviedas.com

Laviedas is looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager for a location in the Dublin area. Are you great at creating exceptional customer experiences and inspiring a team? Then we are looking for you!

What you will do:

As Store Manager, it’s all about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support your team in reaching their full potential and ensure performance goals are met. You will work with the regional manager to set and improve sales targets and KPIs. Additionally, you’ll manage store administration and oversee store budgets. You’ll coach and motivate your team and build a diverse and inclusive culture.
